DBCF In it to Win it and Lose it Challenge, Season 3!

The conclusion of the CrossFit Open last month also signified the end of our 3rd nutrition and weight loss challenge! For 8 weeks, under the guidance and support of Coach Stephanie, 39 DB athletes committed themselves to healthy cooking, eating, food journaling, and planned CrossFit workouts. As a gym, we had a total weight loss of 221.2 pounds, 229 inches and 78.75% body fat! Great job to all our members! 

A special CONGRATULATIONS to Lauren and Jeff on their successes! They both had drastic results! Keep up the hard work, keep trusting the process, and keep striving to be the best version of yourself. 
Thank you everyone for participating and supporting your fellow challengers. I personally know the journey is rough and it takes constant mindfulness, so keep your head in the game and remember that good nutrition enhances performance!
