Congratulations to Jeff being select as our August 2023 Athlete of the Month. Jeff has been a member since 2016 along with is wife, Cat (Feb 2023 AOM). When you see Jeff at the gym, he is never without a friendly smile, great work ethic and his awesome kids. From the warm up to clean up, no matter the WOD, Jeff is dedicated and persistent in his pursuit of fun and gains! CONGRATS!!!
